Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses a balance between sales execution, a strong sense of customer service and is focused on building relationships. Organization, excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence are a must-have in order to succeed in this role. Ideally, the candidate will have prior experience in the social media, creative services or video production industries.
The candidate should have experience with presenting to prospective customers and needs to be prompt in responding to emails and messages via Slack and be familiar with Asana and Frame.io. Timely communication is crucial in this position.

- Maintains a positive and composed demeanor in handling diverse situations, prioritizing teamwork and client partnership.
- Demonstrated track record in customer support and sales, showcasing proficiency in client interaction and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms, enhancing the ability to manage and maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with agency operations, social media channels, and the dynamics of the creator space is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Strong capability in phone communication, coupled with active listening skills, ensuring productive customer interactions.
