Creator subscribers will get a maximum of 6 videos per month. For Pro Creators subscribers, you’ll see an average of 20 videos per month, but this can be more or less depending on the amount of animated videos. The Studio subscription has an output of around 40 videos per month.

We can create videos three ways and we classify them CORE, PLUS and CUSTOM which range from simple to totally custom. PLUS videos are like the ones you see on the site – they usually take about 48 hours. CORE videos are simple captions, b-roll, and light animations which we can make at a rate of a couple per day. CUSTOM videos are made by our craft animators with non-standard characters (different rendering techniques), elaborate backgrounds (full range of colors and shadows). An unlimited number of variations of camera pans with realistic camera movements. The explainer video on our homepage is an example. This level is only available as an a la carte option and requires a custom quote. It sets itself apart from the rest of the content out there and is usually used for brand collaborations, ads and new releases.

Yes! You can send us long-form video content and we’ll turn it into kickass short form videos. Pro Creator and Studio subscribers can have our team pick out the best content.

No, we do not.

Yes, you can cancel or pause at any time. If we have dedicated time to our editors, animators and or project managers and started work on your videos before you cancel, you won’t be eligible for a refund. We suggest cancelling two weeks before your next bill.

We keep tweaking till we get it right. 

Upon signing up, we will onboard you into our project management tool and then you’ll be read to submit footage. We like to keep things smooth and simple.
