Baltimore has a robust tourism industry that supports local businesses and cultural institutions. COVID disrupted both the travel and hospitality industry, hurting local business and then making employee recruitment difficult. With a vast archive and limited production budget to create new assets, our team help strategize a content library that could be used across marketing efforts that addressed these issues through the creation of a recruitment and tourism campaign. We edited TV and social spots, as well as OOH that were featured across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to entice travelers to take easy road trips and encourage regional workers to work in the city. The campaign featured 15 independent businesses and institutions in the city to support their local reach.
